Supposed:

1.  The number of total data points: N

2.  The baseline accuracy: p



We so have:

1.  For each data point, the variance is: p*(1-p)

2.  For the mean of accuracy, the variance is: p*(1-p)/N

3.  Thus the standard deviation is sqrt(p*(1-p)/N)

4.  Thus 95% confidence interval is

[p-1.96*sqrt(p*(1-p)/N), p+1.96*sqrt(p*(1-p)/N)]
